High-efficiency HVAC systems, commercial/residential plumbing, fire suppression, and electrical distribution optimized for pre-engineered mass timber chassis.
Prefabricated Envelope & Framing
Category 2 panelized wall fabrication, high-performance unitized envelope systems, and Category 1 volumetric pods (e.g., bathroom pods).
Exterior Envelopes &
Roofing
Commercial roofing systems, high-efficiency insulation, exterior siding, and architectural cladding.
Civil & Structural
Earthworks, site preparation, reinforced concrete foundations, and parkade/slab structures.
Interiors & Finishes

Trade Qualification Requirements
Safety Compliance
Valid Certificate of Recognition (COR) or Small Employer Certificate of Recognition (SECOR).
Active Alberta Accounts
Active WCB Alberta account with a satisfactory clearance status and local municipal trade licensing.
Insurance Coverage
Minimum $5,000,000 Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance.
Execution Capacity
Demonstrated experience in mid-rise residential or commercial builds, with proven capacity to commit to 2027–2029 construction schedules.
