Mike Murphy, MBA
Mike is a seasoned construction manager with nearly two decades of hands-on leadership in residential, commercial, and multi-family development.
He has successfully managed large-scale condominium builds and complex projects exceeding $25 million.
His practical expertise in tendering, trade selection, and construction management ensures NeoForm projects are delivered flawlessly.

Dr. Akolisa Ufodike
Dr. Ufodike is a Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA, FCA) and certified director (ICD.D) with over 30 years of professional experience, including two decades in real estate investment and development.
Having held senior leadership roles in the public and private sectors—including serving as Alberta’s Deputy Minister of Trade, Immigration, and Multiculturalism—Dr. Ufodike brings exceptional expertise in finance, governance, and strategic capital planning.

Integrated Project Delivery
We provide full-service project management, including planning, design, budgeting, construction, and post-possession management.
By acting as our own construction manager and owner’s representative, we maintain independent oversight over municipal approvals, consultant coordination, and quality assurance.
High-Performance Building
Our residential projects are energy-modelled by independent engineering firms and built to performance levels that exceed National Building Code requirements by approximately one-third.
We utilize advanced building technologies, and specialize specifically in state-of-the-art Mass Timber wood construction.
